ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you an experienced SDR, BDR or ADR Manager who is ready to work in a fast-growing SaaS company with an amazing culture and high-quality product? Then Beamery might be the place for you!

We're seeking a quick learner with a track record of success who can drive a collaborative, team-based approach to leadership and management. This role is responsible for maximizing the team's potential through motivation, coaching and collaboration thus helping them hit monthly quotas, achieve career growth, and develop professionally.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AT BEAMERY

  • Lead a team of 11 ADRs and help create a high energy, results-focused team where collaboration and iteration are prioritized
  • Drive execution of Beamery's pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top-of-the-funnel metrics and pipeline quality…in other words, you’re funnel-obsessed
  • Own and maintain ongoing analysis of inbound and outbound lead generation performance and efficiency
  • Work with marketing to develop and share effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline. Provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns to enhance the flow of qualified sales opportunities that will contribute to the sales pipeline
  • Develop close relationships with sales and marketing teams to enhance collaboration and improve outcomes
  • Communicate and implement measures to ensure Salesforce data quality and cadence within the team

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven account development team leadership and management experience/success leading a team of 8 or more ADR/BDR/SDRs
  • Sales/Account/Business Development experience preferably in a scale/ start-up environment, SaaS, HR/Recruitment, HCM Technology or similar SaaS Tech industry a huge plus
  • You have a reputation for gaining and building customer relationships that supersede the sale
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and best practices and strong experience with Salesforce.com
  • Accustomed to the demands fast-growth, quarterly-earnings-driven business
  • You are an excellent communicator — we value good storytelling at Beamery
  • An inclusive leader by example with a natural inclination to spend significant time with your team and prospective customers
  • High-integrity and ability to build trust quickly 
  • A history of collaborating with People Teams hiring, developing, and retaining talent
  • Someone who values winning as a team more than winning for self-recognition. You have a point of view, but you don’t let ego get in the way — our culture of collaboration is important to us, and we work to preserve it
  • Travel required as needed (e.g. QBRs, In-Person Team Meetings, London HQ, etc.)
