We are looking for a Solutions Delivery Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role you will be part of a collaborative, kick-off to close, enterprise customer project teams and will be responsible for taking the lead in architecting and configuring the Beamery product suite. 


Our Professional Services function comprises both the Implementation Services, and Integration Services teams. Their job is to understand the requirements and ROI expectations of our customer projects and guide them on a journey through implementation planning & workflow discovery, platform configuration, user training, tech-stack integration, and user system testing, to ensure they are set up for success. Using a highly skilled team of Engagement Managers, Solutions Delivery Consultants, and Integrations Consultants, leveraging disciplined project management and industry-best-practice recommendations, we take customers from concept to deployment, for a successful hand-off to the Customer Experience team.


  • You will collaborate with Sales and prospective customers during the solutions design stage to ensure that customers are set up for success and you’ll be working with those same customers during implementation to deliver high-quality and on time Beamery product suite solutions
  • As part of a cross functional team, you’ll take part in key customer interactions throughout the customer journey, e.g. during the sales process, you will partner with Account Executives, and during the implementation process you’ll be working with an Engagement Manager and Project Coordinators, as well as Customers and their external stakeholder partners
  • Your focus with our prospects and customers will be needs analysis, solution design and configuration, coordinating our internal teams and work with sales, customer success and product to understand customer use cases and enhancement requests
  • Conduct deep technical and recruitment process discovery and create reliable solutions within Beamery built on best practices. You’ll be translating business issues into functional and technical specifications to ensure successful delivery while also ensuring compliance and standards as required
  • Achieve team, project, and business outcomes by managing, diagnosing and solving technical issues that may arise during the delivery life cycle
  • Configure Beamery product suite for customer needs, including custom fields, global tags, recipes, campaigns, sources, statuses, stages, pipelines, vacancy groups and permissions/teams
  • Stay up to date with new features and product launches from Beamery and other partners
  • Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Up to 30% travel required as in-person client meeting requests increase



  • Proven track record delivering hands-on complex software product implementations and good understanding of integration methodologies
  • Experience with HRIS and/or ATS system implementations and/or integrations a huge plus e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, PeopleSoft or other SaaS, complex enterprise grade systems solution
  • Experience working with Large Enterprise Customers preferred
  • Experience with project and software lifecycles  
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple projects
