What you will be doing at Beamery
Develop and foster new relationships for Beamery through strategic account-based selling efforts.
Navigate key senior decision-makers within the enterprise account segment to identify opportunities and drive sales.
Lead in-depth conversations with decision-makers about the Talent/HR transformation strategy needs of renowned brands.
Initiate, negotiate, and secure new customers while also driving growth within the existing customer base through product and usage upsells.
Provide strategic guidance to customers, supporting their talent transformation agenda and identifying opportunities for expansion.
What we’re looking for
Experience successfully selling SaaS solutions; a huge plus if you have sold Talent, HCM/HR software solutions or have a foundation in Recruitment, Talent or HR
Proven credibility consulting and authentically engaging with C-Suite level decision makers (e.g. CHRO, CPO, VP Talent, etc)
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts.
Experience navigating complex sales cycles, bringing in seven-figure deals, and building lasting relationships with global brands.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and internal priorities.
The salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 plus uncapped commission, dependent on experience & location.
