As our Solution Consulting Manager in Asia Pacific, you'll be the master of revenue growth 🤑 You'll be in charge of making sure our prospects and customers are feeling the love, and that they're set up for long-term success! Get ready to bring your A-game and make some magic happen 🧙🏽‍♀️

This role is all about helping Beamery grow its revenue in the APAC region, you'll be tasked with bringing new prospects into the Beamery family and expanding our existing customer base.

And what will your typical day look like, you ask? You know that cliche that no day is ever the same? Yeah, that 😉 

You'll be doing all sorts of exciting things, like brainstorming new ways to reach potential customers, schmoozing with existing clients, and maybe even doing a little victory dance when you hit your revenue targets.

  • Meeting with our future customers to understand their strategic business objectives and transformation needs, and shape their vision of the future with Beamery.  This includes activities such as:

    • Engaging in consultative conversations to build strong relationships and learn more about their goals, challenges, opportunities and how they will measure success

    • Creating a perspective on how a combination of Beamery guidance and technical offerings will solve their challenges and support their success; sharing that perspective; and generating alignment on a joint vision 👀

    • Bringing the vision to life through solution design, workshops, and differentiated demonstrations; refining the near- and long-term proposed solution together with senior level contacts

    • Providing consultative, technical, and strategic expertise to close business, in conjunction with your local Account Executives and Partners

    • Liaising with Beamery’s Customer Experience Organization to set a roadmap for their success 🛣

  • Building strong relationships with our existing customers in the APAC region and ensuring their success by providing consistent value and fostering loyalty.  You will be the liaison between Beamery’s sales teams and client side teams, providing localized support and guidance to our APAC customer base. This includes activities such as: 

    • Educating customers on how to utilize Beamery’s solution to achieve their objectives, and improve their customer experience.  📈

    • Identifying and highlighting potential process improvements and suggesting business and program changes, drawing on your HR experience and understanding and Beamery best practices.  

    • Ingraining with the customer talent teams for better user insights & recommendations

    • Bridging the gap between Beamery’s vision & customer success journey points to spot and remove friction

    • Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops.

    • Identifying customer needs that drive account expansion with contextual offers and growing lifetime value

This role will play a crucial part in Beamery’s growth across APAC. In this role, you'll be working closely with our VP of Sales, Asia Pacific, and reporting directly to our global VP of Solution Consulting. You'll be instrumental in spreading the word about our innovative solutions and building strong relationships with potential clients in the region.


  • Hands-on experience working in, working with or selling to enterprise Recruiting, HR or AI Tech companies. Prior experience with startup/scaleups would be an advantage. 🔎

  • Strong consulting and account management skills that lead to trusted advisor status, both internally as well as to C-level decision-makers

  • Strong partnership approach, demonstrating deep engagement with your sales counterparts - you will work side-by-side throughout all sales stages

  • A strategic thinker who enjoys both the art and the science of generating a perspective for how solution offerings align to solving business challenges 

  • Ability to quickly synthesize information and translate it into a value-led conversation and solution

  • Comfortable utilizing and customizing assets that enhance personalized selling motions and create forward-progress to generate more revenue 

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously at various stages of engagement, making sure those conversations bring value to prospects and customers 🗣

  • Demonstrated ability to work in often ambiguous environments autonomously, drawing on enablement and support across global time zones ⏰
