Beamery is on the lookout for an amazing Revenue Operations & Strategy Specialist like you to join our awesome team. We've got an exciting opportunity for someone who loves diving into revenue optimization, data analysis, and driving business growth.

In this role, you'll be the one optimizing our revenue operations processes and making them shine like never before. Not only that, but you'll also be the driving force behind strategic initiatives that will turbocharge our revenue growth. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will be put to the test, as you'll tackle challenges head-on and find creative solutions.

Your main focus in this role will be rolling out initiative to enhance our sales team's effectiveness and improve our forecasting accuracy; identifying gaps in our processes and opportunities for growth. You'll need to re-engineer existing processes and monitor these on an ongoing basis to ensure success - in your first year we'd expect you to get through 3-4 of these larger projects with some smaller analysis projects on the side to keep you busy!

Revenue Operations Strategy Development & Optimization:

  • Develop and implement scalable revenue operations processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.

  • Identify areas of improvement within the revenue cycle and propose and execute strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and optimize revenue generation.

Data Analysis and Insights:

  • Analyze revenue performance metrics and trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and profitability improvement.

  • Provide regular reports, dashboards, and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting revenue performance, KPIs, and actionable recommendations.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of opportunity data to support revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and sales territory optimization.

Revenue Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define revenue strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans that align with business objectives.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for revenue expansion.

  • Assist in developing sales strategies, customer segmentation, and targeting approaches to maximize revenue generation.

Systems and Tools Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue-related systems and tools, such as Revenue Intelligence, Market Intelligence and Call AI tools.

  • Collaborate with systems and operations teams to ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and drive system enhancements for revenue operations.


  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm -OR- a strategic revenue/operations role within a hyper-growth tech start-up (SaaS ideal)

  • Strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and other data-driven tools

  • Desire to excel in an unstructured and fast-paced environment

  • Good business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
